Shipping:

Deliveries are free on all orders above USD 99 to mainland USA (except Hawaii OR Alaska).

For the delivery is outside of USA< then the notification of the shipping charges will be given at the time of placing the order and prior to the order being confirmed. The shipping charges do not include in any case tariffs, taxes in the country of delivery or customs procedures, which will be borne by the customer.

Delivery:

  1. We use Fed Ex, USPS OR UPS for all our deliveries. Orders will be delivered in an approximate timeframe of 3-5 working days from the time the order is logged on our system.
  2. Orders placed at the weekend and on public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
  3. When special marketing initiatives are being run (campaigns involving discounts and events) or in holiday periods, delivery times may be greater than those indicated.
  4. In the event of a product being unavailable, we will contact the customer with notification of the expected date for receiving the order.

Track My Order:

The status of your order is supplied by www.lobarroz.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, USPS or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered.

The tracking information is accessible from your Order History on our website when it becomes available.
